The design is Sardinian/Mediterranean and most unusual. It is private, cool, airy, bright, very well furnished and maintained and central to all activities. It is the normal home of its owner and his family. It is being rented for the period surrounding the Millenium simply because they will not be in residence at that time. 'Lizard Junction Villa' is situated atop a wooded ridge at 1000 feet above sea level with commanding views over the Atlantic Ocean, the Caribbean Sea, the Northern and Southern Cays of the British Virgin Islands and the Capital, Roadtown. The Villa is constantly cooled by the Trade Winds, the location secluded and very tranquil. Number that can sleep in the unit: 6 The Villa has two completely separate en-suite bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the other with a queen. The third 'bedroom' is a 'sleeping loft' situated above the living room, which accommodates either a queen size bed or two twin beds. This 'loft' is perfectly private with its own ceiling fan above the bed(s), it's own deck etc. The king-size bedroom is screened, the others have mosquito nets over their beds. Number of bathrooms: 3 The master bath has both indoor and outdoor shower facilities, the second bath has outdoor shower facilities (with the most stunning views of Roadtown and the Southern Cays!), the third bath has indoor shower. Full kitchen The kitchen is well laid out with tiled counter-tops, a separate pantry, hob and wall oven, large fridge/freezer, breakfast bar, the whole lot looking out over drop dead views of the Caribbean Sea etc. It is one place where cooking really is a joy!! Other Living Space Information: Living room The living area 'flows' from the kitchen at one end to a large court-yard at the other. It is a very large area containing a sitting area seating 8/10, a dining area seating 10 and the above-mentioned courtyard with a mosaic-topped table under awning which seats 8/10, several sun loungers and the swimming pool.Also off the living room is a deck known as the 'Tree House' with views over the forest and the ocean. Outside parking to the rear/side of the Villa for 2 vehicles Phone Pets not allowed
