Description:

St. Kitt's is the most beautiful and peaceful island that we have found in the Caribbean. While the average yearly temperature is 79 degrees Fahrenheit, the constant northeast trade winds keep the island cool and comfortable.  There are not many tourist traps that many islands have and is a very natural and unspoiled island.  The golf course is in great shape and is enjoyable for many levels of golfers.

St. Kitt's is a beautiful and peaceful island in the West Indies.  We are located on the south end of the island and face the Atlantic Ocean.  The Caribbean Sea is only a 5 minute walk for swimming and watersports.

Our unit is located right next to the Office and Laundry Room and is the closest one bedroom unit to the ocean.  The pool/BBQ area is in the center of the units and is always clean and very quiet.  This is a perfect location for a family vacation with many of the units only used by owners and their families.

We are located adjacent to the Royal St. Kitt's Golf Course where our unit has golf greens fees available for two adults daily for $100 US per week (Juniors do not pay greens fees). There is a mandatory cart fee of $25 US per person (discounted for Juniors). 

The Casino is located at the Jack Tar Village Hotel which is a 5 minute walk and is open to the public.
